On Saturday, November 16th, Vastint Netherlands organized a successful information market about the redevelopment of Weesperzijde 190. During this event, we engaged residents, stakeholders, and interested parties in the redevelopment plans and the preliminary design phase.
From the rich history of the building and its surroundings to plans for architecture, program content, green spaces, and construction phasing: all key themes were covered. Visitors had ample opportunity to gather information, ask questions, and engage in discussions with us.
The redevelopment focuses on a future-proof and sustainable design that remains true to the building’s distinctive brutalist style. It will primarily serve as an office location, combined with semi-publicly accessible amenities on the lower floors. This way, we are transforming the building into a dynamic and multifunctional hub.
